ERP Overview

The Otesse ERP is the central command center for your business. Everything you need to manage customers, bookings, staff, invoices, and operations lives here.

Logging In

  1. Go to app.otesse.com.
  2. Enter your admin email and password.
  3. If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app.
  4. You land on the dashboard.

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. A reset link is sent to your email.

The Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base. It gives you a high-level view of what is happening in your business right now:

  • Today's bookings — Services scheduled for today with statuses (confirmed, in progress, completed).
  • Revenue snapshot — Earnings for today, this week, and this month.
  • Pending actions — Items that need your attention: unconfirmed bookings, unpaid invoices, new customer signups.
  • Recent activity — A timeline of recent events across the platform.

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It is organized into modules:

You can collapse the sidebar to icons only by clicking the toggle at the top. On mobile, the sidebar becomes a bottom navigation bar.

Modules in Detail

Each module opens into its own view with a consistent layout:

  • List view — A searchable, filterable table of records.
  • Detail view — Click any record to see its full details.
  • Create/Edit — Forms for adding new records or modifying existing ones.
  • Tabs — Many modules have sub-sections organized as tabs (for example, a customer record has tabs for profile, bookings, invoices, and communications).

Account Settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner to access your account settings:

  • Profile — Update your name, email, and photo.
  • Security — Change password, enable 2FA, manage sessions.
  • Notifications — Control what alerts you receive and how.
  • Appearance — Light/dark mode preferences.

Quick Tips

  • Use the search bar at the top to find anything quickly. It searches across customers, bookings, invoices, and staff.
  • Keyboard shortcuts are available for power users. Press ? to see the full list.
  • Right-click context menus are available on most list items for quick actions (edit, delete, duplicate, etc.).
