Booking

How far in advance can I book?

You can book services up to 60 days in advance. Availability depends on your area and the service type.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the service address where the work should be performed and include any relevant instructions. The contact information should be for the person who will be present at the location.

Do I need to be home during the service?

It depends on the service type and your preference. Some services can be performed without you present as long as the service team has access. Include access instructions in your booking details if you will not be home.

Can I book multiple services at once?

Yes. You can add multiple service types to a single booking. Each one is configured separately, and the total cost is combined at the review step.

Pricing

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the service type and the configuration details you provide (square footage, room count, volume, add-ons, etc.). The estimated cost is shown before you confirm.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price shown at the review step includes everything based on your selections. If the scope changes on-site, your service professional will discuss adjustments before proceeding.

Do prices vary by location?

Yes. Pricing may differ by service zone based on local market factors, travel distance, and availability.

Schedule

Can I pick a specific time, or just a window?

You select a time window (for example, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM). Your service professional arrives within that window.

What if no time slots are available on my preferred date?

Try a different date or check back later. Availability updates as schedules change. Booking further in advance gives you more options.

After Booking

How do I know my booking was confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email and SMS immediately after confirming. Your booking also appears in your customer portal.

Can I change my booking after confirming?

Yes. You can reschedule, update special instructions, or cancel from your customer portal. See the After Booking section of this guide for details.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
