What You'll Need

Before you start booking, it helps to have a few things ready. This ensures the process goes smoothly and your service is scheduled without delays.

An Otesse Account

You need an account to book services. If you do not have one yet, you can create one during the booking process or ahead of time at the sign-up page. All you need is:

  • A valid email address
  • A password (at least 8 characters)
  • Your first and last name

Your Service Address

You will need the full address where you want the service performed:

  • Street address — Including apartment or unit number if applicable
  • City, state, and ZIP code — We use this to check that your location is within our service coverage area
  • Access instructions — Gate codes, parking details, or any notes that help the service team reach your door

A General Idea of What You Need

You do not need to know every detail upfront, but it helps to have a rough sense of:

  • What type of service — Cleaning, junk removal, carpet cleaning, or another category
  • The size of the job — Number of rooms, approximate square footage, or volume of items
  • Any special requirements — Allergies, pet considerations, fragile items, or areas to avoid

A Payment Method

You will need a valid credit or debit card to complete your booking. Payment information is securely processed through Stripe and is never stored on Otesse servers directly.

Optional: Your Phone Number

Adding a phone number enables SMS notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and real-time updates when your service professional is en route.
