- Pick a date and time — View available time slots and choose the one that works best for your schedule.
- Enter your details — Provide your contact information and any special instructions for the service team.
- Review and confirm — Check your order summary, see the estimated cost, and confirm your booking.
What Happens After You Book
Once you confirm, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS (if you provided a phone number). A qualified service professional will arrive at your location at the scheduled time. You can track the status of your booking from your customer portal at any time.

Otesse shows you pricing information before you confirm. The estimate you see during booking reflects the cost based on the details you provide. If the scope of work changes on-site, your service provider will discuss any adjustments with you before proceeding.
