The Otesse Partner Program lets you earn money by referring clients to our service platform. Whether you are a real estate agent, property manager, or simply someone who knows people who need cleaning and home services, you can earn commissions for every client you bring in.

What Is the Referral Program?

When you become an Otesse partner, you get a unique referral link and a branded booking page. When someone books a service through your link, you earn a commission on that booking and on every future booking they make. It is a simple way to add a revenue stream to your existing business.

The program is designed for:

• Real estate agents — Offer move-in/move-out cleaning as a value-add for your clients
• Property managers — Set up recurring cleaning for your rental portfolio
• Interior designers — Recommend post-renovation deep cleaning
• Agencies — Manage a team of referrers under one account
• Anyone — If you know people who need home services, you can earn by referring them

How to Sign Up

1. Visit www.otesse.com/become-affiliate
2. Fill out the application form with your name, email, phone number, and a brief description of how you plan to refer clients
3. If you represent a business, enter your company name and website
4. Submit the application

You will receive an email confirming your application was received.

Getting Approved

Our team reviews applications within 1 to 3 business days. We look at:

• Whether your profile is complete and legitimate
• How you plan to refer clients (your outreach strategy)
• Whether your audience aligns with our service areas

Once approved, you will receive a welcome email with:

• Your unique referral code
• A link to your branded booking page
• Instructions for getting started
• Access to the partner section of the customer portal at portal.otesse.com

If your application is not approved, you will receive an email explaining why and what you can do to reapply.

Your Branded Booking Page

Every approved partner gets a personalized booking page. This page:

• Uses your name or business name in the header
• Displays your custom logo (if you upload one)
• Uses your brand colors (configurable in your partner dashboard)
• Functions exactly like the main Otesse booking flow, but with your referral code automatically applied

You can share this page link directly with clients instead of giving them a referral code to enter manually. It is the easiest way to refer someone — just send them the link.

Affiliate Tiers

Partners progress through five tiers based on performance:

Tier	Requirements	Commission Rate
Bronze	Starting tier	Base rate
Silver	10+ converted referrals	Base + 2%
Gold	25+ converted referrals	Base + 5%
Platinum	50+ converted referrals	Base + 8%
Diamond	100+ converted referrals	Base + 12%

As you move up tiers, your commission rate increases on all future referrals. Tier status is evaluated automatically based on your referral history.
