Logging In

Accessing your portal is straightforward. Here is everything you need to know about signing in and managing your credentials.

How to Log In

  1. Visit portal.otesse.com in your browser.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Otesse account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Sign In.

You will be taken directly to your dashboard.

First-Time Login

If you received an invitation email from your service provider, click the link in that email. You will be prompted to:

  1. Verify your email — Enter the verification code sent to your inbox.
  2. Set your password — Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters).
  3. Complete your profile — Add your name and contact details.

After setup, you can log in anytime at portal.otesse.com.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page.
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link.
  4. Click the link and create a new password.

The reset link expires after a limited time for security. If it has expired, request a new one.

Staying Signed In

Your session remains active for a period of time. If you close your browser or are inactive for too long, you will be asked to sign in again. This is a security measure to protect your account.

Trouble Logging In?

  • Check your email address — Make sure you are using the same email your account was created with.
  • Check your spam folder — Verification and reset emails sometimes land in spam.
  • Contact support — If you are still unable to access your account, reach out to your service provider for assistance.
