Spending Insights

Your dashboard includes spending insights that help you understand where your money goes and how your service costs trend over time.

Monthly Summary

The spending section shows your current month's total alongside a comparison to the previous month. You will see:

  • This month's total — The sum of all payments made in the current calendar month.
  • Trend indicator — An up or down arrow showing whether your spending increased or decreased compared to last month.
  • Percentage change — The exact percentage difference so you can track fluctuations.

Understanding the Numbers

All amounts shown are based on completed payments, not invoices. This means the totals reflect money that has actually been charged to your payment method, not amounts that are pending or disputed.

Invoice Breakdown

From the dashboard, you can quickly see how your invoices break down by status:

  • Paid — Invoices that have been fully settled.
  • Open — Invoices that are due but not yet paid.
  • Overdue — Invoices that have passed their due date without payment.
  • Draft — Invoices that have been created but not yet finalized.

Keeping Track

If you want a more detailed view of your spending, navigate to the Billing section from the sidebar. There you can filter invoices by date range, download individual invoices, and review your complete payment history.
