Dashboard Overview

The Otesse admin dashboard is the command center for your entire operation. It uses a workspace-based tab system that lets you have multiple views open simultaneously, similar to a modern code editor.

Layout

The dashboard consists of three main areas:

Left Navigation

The left sidebar organizes your tools into modules:

  • CRM — Customer relationship management, bookings, and calendar
  • Industries — Service configuration (cleaning, junk removal, carpet cleaning)
  • Zones — Geographic service area management
  • Workflows — Automated processes, templates, and content builders
  • Settings — Company configuration, users, roles, and integrations

Workspace Area

The main content area uses a tabbed interface. Each entity you open (a customer record, a booking, a zone) opens in its own tab. You can:

  • Have multiple tabs open simultaneously
  • Drag tabs to reorder them
  • Close tabs individually or in bulk
  • Right-click for tab actions (close others, close all to the right)

Drawer Panel

When you click into a specific record (e.g., a booking on the calendar), it opens in a slide-out drawer on the right side. The drawer supports:

  • Preview mode (read-only quick view)
  • Edit mode (full form with save/cancel)
  • Resizable width (drag the left edge)
  • Non-blocking mode (interact with content behind the drawer)
