Choose Your Location

The first step in booking a service is telling us where you need it. Your location determines which services are available and what pricing applies.

Entering Your Address

On the location step, you will see an address input field. Start typing your address and select the correct option from the suggestions that appear. The system uses your full address — including street, city, state, and ZIP code — to identify your service zone.

Service Zones

Otesse organizes coverage into service zones. Each zone has its own set of available services, pricing, and scheduling. When you enter your address:

  • If your address is in a covered zone — You will see the available services for that area and can proceed to the next step.
  • If your address is outside our coverage — You will see a message letting you know that services are not yet available at your location. You can request to be notified when coverage expands to your area.

Saving Your Address

If you are logged in, your address is saved to your account for future bookings. You can manage saved addresses from your account settings. If you have multiple properties, you can add each one and select the right address at booking time.

Access Instructions

After entering your address, you can add access instructions such as:

  • Gate codes or entry codes
  • Parking directions
  • Which door to use
  • Pet information (e.g., "dog in backyard")
  • Any other details that help the service team arrive smoothly

These instructions are shared with your assigned service professional before the appointment.
