Receipts

Otesse provides detailed receipts for every payment so you have a complete record of your transactions.

Where to Find Receipts

You can access your receipts in two places:

Customer Portal

  1. Log in to your customer portal at portal.otesse.com
  2. Navigate to Payments in the sidebar
  3. Find the transaction and click View Receipt
  4. From there you can view, download, or print the receipt

Email

Every successful payment triggers a receipt email sent to the email address on your account. The email includes a summary of the charge and a link to view the full receipt in your portal.

What Is Included on a Receipt

Each receipt contains:

  • Receipt number — A unique identifier for the transaction
  • Date of payment — When the charge was processed
  • Service summary — What was performed and when
  • Itemized costs — Base price, add-ons, and any adjustments
  • Total charged — The final amount
  • Payment method — The type and last four digits of the card used
  • Business details — Otesse LLC contact and billing information

Downloading Receipts

From the receipt view in your customer portal, click the Download button to save a PDF copy of the receipt. This is useful for:

  • Personal records — Keep a file of all your home service expenses
  • Expense reports — If your employer reimburses home services
  • Tax purposes — Some home services may be deductible depending on your situation (consult your tax advisor)

Receipt History

Your full payment history is available in the Payments section of your customer portal. You can filter by date range, service type, or amount to find specific transactions.
