Pick a Date & Time

After configuring your service, you will choose when you want the work done. Otesse shows you real-time availability so you can pick a slot that fits your schedule.

Viewing the Calendar

The scheduling step displays a calendar view where you can:

  • Browse by date — Scroll through available dates. Dates with open time slots are highlighted. Dates that are fully booked or unavailable appear greyed out.
  • Select a date — Tap or click on a date to see the available time slots for that day.

Choosing a Time Slot

Once you select a date, you will see a list of available time windows. Time slots are typically displayed in blocks (for example, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM). Select the time window that works best for you.

Availability depends on several factors:

  • Service type — Some services require longer windows or specific equipment
  • Your location — Time slots vary by zone based on service professional availability
  • Day of week — Weekday and weekend availability may differ

Scheduling Tips

  • Book ahead — The further in advance you book, the more time slots you will have to choose from.
  • Morning slots fill first — If you have a flexible schedule, afternoon or late-morning slots are often more available.
  • Same-week availability — Depending on your area and the service type, you may find availability within the current week.
