Customer Portal

The Otesse customer portal is your personal hub for managing everything related to your services. You can access it from any device by logging in at portal.otesse.com.

Dashboard

When you log in, the first thing you see is your dashboard. It gives you a snapshot of what is happening with your account:

  • Upcoming services — Your next scheduled appointments with dates, times, and service types.
  • Recent activity — A timeline of recent events like completed jobs, payments, and messages.
  • Quick actions — Buttons to book a new service, view invoices, or update your payment method.

Bookings

The Bookings section shows all your appointments in one place.

  • Upcoming — Services that are scheduled but have not happened yet. You can reschedule or cancel from here.
  • In Progress — A service that is currently being performed. You will see a live status (en route, checked in, working).
  • Completed — Past services. Click any completed booking to see details, view the invoice, or leave a review.
  • Cancelled — Bookings you cancelled. Shows any applicable cancellation fees.

Tap any booking to see its full details: what was ordered, who was assigned, the service address, pricing breakdown, and status timeline.

Billing

The billing section keeps all your financial information organized.

  • Invoices — Every invoice from every completed service. Filter by status (paid, pending, overdue). Download any invoice as a PDF.
  • Payment methods — Your saved credit and debit cards. Add new ones, remove old ones, or set your default.
  • Payment history — A complete log of every charge to your account, with dates, amounts, and transaction references.
  • Subscriptions — Your recurring service plans. See billing cycles, modify configurations, pause, or cancel.

Messages

The Messages section is where you communicate with your service provider. You can:

  • Ask questions about an upcoming service.
  • Report an issue with a completed service.
  • Respond to messages from the service team.

Messages are tied to specific bookings, so the conversation stays organized.

Account Settings

From your account settings you can update:

  • Profile — Your name, email, phone number, and service addresses.
  • Notifications — Choose how you want to be notified (email, SMS, push) and for what events.
  • Security — Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and review active sessions.

Mobile Access

The portal is fully responsive. On your phone or tablet, the sidebar collapses into a bottom navigation bar. Every feature works the same way regardless of your screen size.
