Gift Cards

Otesse gift cards are a great way to give someone the gift of a clean home. You can purchase a gift card, send it to someone, check its balance, and apply it to a booking.

Purchasing a Gift Card

To buy an Otesse gift card:

  1. Visit www.otesse.com/pay
  2. Choose a gift card amount (or enter a custom amount between $25 and $500)
  3. Select a delivery method:
  • Email — The recipient gets an email with the gift card code and a message from you
  • Print — You receive a printable PDF to hand-deliver or include in a card
  1. Enter the recipient's name and email address (for email delivery)
  2. Add a personal message (optional)
  3. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase

You will receive a confirmation email with the gift card details and the code.

Sending to Someone Else

When you purchase a gift card with email delivery, the recipient receives a branded email that includes:

  • Your name and personal message
  • The gift card amount
  • A unique gift card code
  • A link to redeem the card during booking

The email is sent immediately after purchase. If the recipient does not receive it, check that the email address was entered correctly and ask them to check their spam folder.

Checking Your Balance

To check the remaining balance on a gift card:

  1. Visit www.otesse.com/pay
  2. Click Check Balance
  3. Enter the gift card code
  4. The remaining balance is displayed

You can also see gift card balances applied to your account in the Payment Methods section of your customer portal.

Applying a Gift Card to a Booking

To use a gift card when booking a service:

  1. Start a booking at www.otesse.com/pricing or through your portal
  2. On the payment step, click Apply Gift Card or Add Promo Code
  3. Enter the gift card code
  4. The card balance is applied to the booking total

If the gift card covers the full amount, no additional payment is needed. If the booking total exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount is charged to your saved payment method.

Gift Card Rules

  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single booking
  • Partial balances carry over to future bookings
  • Gift cards work for both one-time and subscription bookings (applied to the first charge)
  • Refunds for gift card purchases are returned to the original gift card balance, not to the original payment method
