Managing Your Profile
Your profile contains your personal information, service addresses, and communication preferences. Here is how to manage everything.
Personal Information
To update your name, email, or phone number:
- Navigate to Profile in your portal sidebar
- Click Edit next to the field you want to change
- Enter the new value
- Click Save
Email Changes
If you change your email address, you will need to verify the new address with a 6-digit code. Your old email remains active until the new one is verified.
Phone Number
Your phone number is used for SMS notifications (booking reminders, en-route alerts). Updating it takes effect immediately for future notifications.
Service Addresses
You can have multiple service addresses on your account. Each address includes:
- Street address — Full street address with apartment/unit number if applicable
- City, State, ZIP — Used for zone matching and pricing
- Address label — A friendly name like "Home" or "Office" for easy identification
- Access notes — Gate codes, parking instructions, building access details
Adding an Address
- Go to Profile > Addresses
- Click Add Address
- Enter the address details — the system will validate and geocode the address
- Add any access notes
- Click Save
Setting a Default Address
Click the star icon next to any address to make it your default. The default address is pre-selected when you start a new booking.
Notification Preferences
Control how you receive notifications in Settings > Notifications:

Toggle each notification type on or off for your preferred channels. Transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, receipts) cannot be fully disabled as they contain important information.
