Rescheduling
Plans change, and Otesse makes it easy to reschedule your booking when they do.
How to Reschedule
- Log in to your customer portal at portal.otesse.com
- Navigate to Upcoming Services
- Find the booking you want to reschedule and click Reschedule
- Select a new date and time from the available slots
- Confirm your new appointment
Your updated booking confirmation will be sent by email and SMS.
Rescheduling Policies
- Free rescheduling — You can reschedule your appointment at no charge if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Late rescheduling — Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee, depending on the service type.
- Same-day rescheduling — If your appointment is today, rescheduling may not be available. Contact support for assistance with urgent changes.
What Gets Preserved
When you reschedule, everything about your booking stays the same except the date and time:
- Service type and configuration
- Special instructions
- Contact information
- Payment method
You do not need to re-enter any details — just pick a new slot and confirm.
Multiple Reschedules
There is no hard limit on how many times you can reschedule a booking, but we recommend finalizing your preferred time as early as possible to ensure availability. Repeated last-minute changes may affect scheduling priority.
