What Happens Next

Once your booking is confirmed, Otesse keeps you informed every step of the way. Here is what to expect.

Immediate Confirmation

Right after you confirm your booking:

  • Confirmation email — Sent to the email address on your booking. Includes your reference number, service details, date and time, and a link to view your booking in the customer portal.
  • SMS confirmation — If you provided a phone number, you will receive a text message with your booking summary.

Before Your Appointment

Leading up to your scheduled service:

  • 24-hour reminder — You will receive an email and SMS reminder one day before your appointment with the date, time, and any preparation tips.
  • Day-of notification — On the morning of your service, you will get a notification confirming that your appointment is still on track.
  • En-route alert — When your service professional is on their way to your location, you will receive a notification so you know they are coming.

During the Service

While the work is being performed:

  • Your booking status updates to In Progress in your customer portal
  • If the service team has questions or encounters anything unexpected, they will contact you directly using the phone number on your booking

After the Service

Once the job is complete:

  • Your booking status updates to Completed
  • You will receive an invoice by email with the final cost
  • You can leave a review and rate your experience from the customer portal
  • Payment is processed automatically through your saved payment method

Tracking Everything

All booking activity — confirmations, reminders, invoices, and status changes — is available in your customer portal. Log in at any time to view your upcoming and past bookings.
