Review & Confirm

The final step before your booking is confirmed. This is where you review everything and make sure it looks right.

What You Will See

The review screen shows a complete summary of your booking:

  • Service address — The location where the service will be performed
  • Service type — What you booked (e.g., Residential Cleaning — Deep Clean)
  • Configuration details — The specifics you selected (rooms, add-ons, quantities)
  • Date and time — Your chosen appointment window
  • Contact information — Name, email, and phone number
  • Special instructions — Any notes you added for the service team
  • Estimated cost — The total price based on your selections

Checking the Estimated Cost

The estimated cost reflects the service configuration you selected. It includes:

  • Base service price
  • Add-on costs
  • Any applicable zone-based pricing adjustments

There are no hidden fees. If the scope of work changes on-site (for example, the job turns out to be larger than estimated), your service professional will discuss any price adjustments with you before proceeding.

Making Changes

If anything does not look right, you can go back to any previous step to make changes. Use the back button or click on a specific step in the progress indicator to jump directly to it. Your selections are preserved — you will not lose your progress.

Confirming Your Booking

When everything looks good, click the Confirm Booking button. Once confirmed:

  • You will see a booking confirmation screen with your reference number
  • A confirmation email is sent to your email address
  • If you provided a phone number, you will receive an SMS confirmation
  • The booking appears in your customer portal under Upcoming Services

Your payment method is saved for this booking but you are not charged until the service is completed.
