Before finalizing your booking, you will provide your contact information and any special instructions for the service team.
Contact Information
If you are logged into your Otesse account, your contact details are pre-filled from your profile. You can review and update them on this step:
- Full name — The name associated with the booking
- Email address — Where we send your booking confirmation and receipt
- Phone number — For SMS notifications and in case the service team needs to reach you
If you are booking as a guest, you will need to enter this information manually.
Special Instructions
The special instructions field is your chance to share anything the service team should know before arriving. Common examples include:
- Access details — "Ring doorbell. Key is under the mat." or "Enter through the side gate."
- Pet information — "Two dogs will be in the backyard. Please keep the gate closed."
- Priority areas — "Please focus on the kitchen and master bathroom."
- Things to avoid — "Do not move the desk in the office." or "Allergic to strong fragrances."
- Parking — "Park in the driveway. Street parking is restricted."
Why Details Matter
Clear instructions help your service professional prepare for the job and avoid surprises on arrival. The more context you provide, the smoother the experience will be for everyone.
Updating Details Later
You can update your special instructions after booking through your customer portal. Changes made at least 24 hours before your appointment are guaranteed to reach your service professional in time.
