Navigating the Portal
The Otesse customer portal is your central hub for managing all your service activity. Here is a quick tour of what you will find.
The Dashboard
When you log in, you land on your Dashboard. This is your at-a-glance view of everything happening with your account:
- Upcoming Services — Your next scheduled appointments with date, time, service type, and assigned technician.
- Recent Activity — A timeline of recent events: completed jobs, invoice payments, messages from your service provider.
- Quick Actions — One-click buttons to book a new service, view invoices, or update your payment method.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to all sections of your portal:

| Dashboard | Overview of upcoming services and recent activity |
| Bookings | All your bookings — upcoming, in-progress, and past |
| Invoices | Invoice list with status (paid, pending, overdue) and PDF download |
| Subscriptions | Active recurring service plans with billing cycle details |
| Payments | Payment history showing every transaction |
| Payment Methods | Manage saved credit/debit cards and set your default |
| Profile | Edit your name, email, phone, and service addresses |
| Settings | Notification preferences, security settings, and account management |
Booking Details
Click any booking to see its full details:
- Service type and configuration (what was ordered)
- Date, time, and duration
- Assigned staff members
- Service address
- Pricing breakdown
- Notes and special instructions
- Status timeline (confirmed, en route, in progress, completed)
Responsive Design
The portal works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a bottom tab bar for easy thumb navigation. All features are available regardless of device.
Notifications
You will receive notifications for:
- Booking confirmations and reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before)
- Technician en-route alerts
- Invoice generation
- Payment confirmations
- Subscription renewal reminders
Notification preferences can be customized in Settings > Notifications.
