Rescheduling & Cancellation

Plans change. Here is how to reschedule or cancel a booking, and what to expect regarding fees.

How to Reschedule

  1. Go to Bookings in your portal
  2. Find the booking you want to reschedule
  3. Click the booking to open its details
  4. Click Reschedule
  5. Select a new date and time from the available slots
  6. Confirm the change

You will receive an updated confirmation email with the new date and time.

Rescheduling Rules

  • Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time
  • Within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply depending on your service provider's policy
  • Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee
  • Recurring bookings can reschedule individual occurrences without affecting the overall subscription schedule

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Bookings in your portal
  2. Find the booking you want to cancel
  3. Click the booking to open its details
  4. Click Cancel Booking
  5. Select a cancellation reason (optional but appreciated)
  6. Confirm the cancellation

Cancellation fees are charged to your default payment method and reflected on your next invoice.

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a recurring service subscription:

  1. Go to Subscriptions in your portal
  2. Click the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle

Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated within 30 days. After 30 days, you will need to create a new subscription.

Refunds

If you are due a refund from a cancellation:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund goes back to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Refund status can be tracked in Payments > Payment History
