Rescheduling & Cancellation
Plans change. Here is how to reschedule or cancel a booking, and what to expect regarding fees.
How to Reschedule
- Go to Bookings in your portal
- Find the booking you want to reschedule
- Click the booking to open its details
- Click Reschedule
- Select a new date and time from the available slots
- Confirm the change
You will receive an updated confirmation email with the new date and time.
Rescheduling Rules
- Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time
- Within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply depending on your service provider's policy
- Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee
- Recurring bookings can reschedule individual occurrences without affecting the overall subscription schedule
How to Cancel
- Go to Bookings in your portal
- Find the booking you want to cancel
- Click the booking to open its details
- Click Cancel Booking
- Select a cancellation reason (optional but appreciated)
- Confirm the cancellation
Cancellation Policy
| Timeframe | Fee |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before service | No fee — full refund |
| 24-48 hours before service | 25% of booking total |
| Less than 24 hours before service | 50% of booking total |
| No-show (no cancellation) | 100% of booking total |
Cancellation fees are charged to your default payment method and reflected on your next invoice.
Cancelling a Subscription
To cancel a recurring service subscription:
- Go to Subscriptions in your portal
- Click the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle
Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated within 30 days. After 30 days, you will need to create a new subscription.
Refunds
If you are due a refund from a cancellation:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund goes back to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Refund status can be tracked in Payments > Payment History
