Recurring service subscriptions give you consistent, scheduled service at a discounted rate. Here is everything you need to know.

How Subscriptions Work

When you book a recurring service, you create a subscription that automatically schedules visits at your chosen frequency:

  • Weekly — Service every 7 days on the same day of the week
  • Bi-Weekly — Service every 14 days
  • Monthly — Service once per month on approximately the same date

Each visit is automatically booked, invoiced, and charged to your default payment method.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is typically lower than one-time booking rates:

  • Weekly plans offer the deepest discount (up to 20% off)
  • Bi-weekly plans offer moderate savings (up to 15% off)
  • Monthly plans offer slight savings (up to 10% off)

The exact discount depends on the service type and your zone. Your subscription price is locked in at the time of creation and will not change unless you modify the service configuration.

Managing Your Subscription

From Subscriptions in your portal, you can:

Modify Configuration

Change what is included in each visit (rooms, extras, etc.) without cancelling. Changes take effect starting from the next scheduled visit.

Change Frequency

Switch between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Your pricing adjusts to reflect the new frequency.

Pause

Temporarily pause your subscription for up to 90 days. During the pause:

  • No visits are scheduled
  • No charges are made
  • Your pricing and time slot are preserved
  • The subscription resumes automatically after the pause period

Skip a Visit

Skip the next upcoming visit without affecting the rest of your schedule. Useful for vacations or holidays.

Cancel

Cancel the subscription entirely. You can choose:

  • Cancel at end of cycle — Complete the current billing period, then stop
  • Cancel immediately — Stop all future visits now

Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed per visit (not monthly lump sum)
  • Each completed visit generates its own invoice
  • Payment is processed within 24 hours of service completion
  • Failed payments are retried up to 3 times over 7 days before the subscription is paused

Reactivation

Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated within 30 days at the same rate. After 30 days, you will need to create a new subscription at current pricing.
