Booking a Service

The portal makes it easy to book a service through a guided step-by-step wizard. Here is how the process works from start to finish.

Starting a Booking

Click Book Service in the sidebar to open the booking wizard. You will be guided through each step in order.

Step 1: Location

Select the property where you need the service performed. If you have multiple properties saved, choose the correct one from the list. You can also add a new property address at this stage.

Your location determines the available services, pricing, and time slots in your area.

Step 2: Services

Browse the available service categories (cleaning, junk removal, carpet care, etc.) and select the one you need. Each service includes a description so you know exactly what is included.

Step 3: Configure

Customize the details of your service. Depending on the service type, you may be asked about:

  • Property size — Square footage, number of rooms, or lot size.
  • Add-ons — Extra services like deep cleaning, inside appliances, etc.
  • Special requirements — Anything the team should know before arriving.

The price updates in real time as you make selections.

Step 4: Schedule

Pick your preferred date and time. The calendar shows available slots based on your location and the service type. Unavailable dates are greyed out.

Step 5: Details and Contact

Confirm your contact information and add any notes or gate codes the service team might need.

Step 6: Confirm and Book

Review your full booking summary — service, date, time, address, and price. Click Confirm Booking to finalize. You will receive a confirmation notification immediately.
