Rebooking a Past Service

If you had a great experience with a previous service, you can rebook it with just a few clicks. Rebooking saves time by pre-filling all the details from your original appointment.

How to Rebook

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard or Calendar to find a completed service.
  2. Look for the Rebook button (a circular arrow icon) next to the completed service.
  3. Click it to launch the booking wizard with all your previous selections pre-filled — same service type, same configuration, same property.
  4. Choose a new date and time that works for you.
  5. Review and confirm.

What Gets Pre-Filled

When you rebook, the following details carry over from the original appointment:

  • Service type and category
  • Property address
  • Configuration options (room count, add-ons, etc.)
  • Special instructions and notes

What You Can Change

Even though the wizard is pre-filled, you can adjust anything before confirming:

  • Change the date and time
  • Modify configuration options or add-ons
  • Update special instructions
  • Select a different property if needed

When to Rebook vs. Book New

  • Rebook when you want the same or very similar service repeated.
  • Book New when you need a different service type, a different property, or significantly different configuration.

Rebooking is a convenience feature — it does not lock you into the exact same job. Think of it as a head start on filling out the booking form.
