Managing Your Schedule

The Schedule section of your portal lets you manage your availability preferences. This helps your service provider know when works best for you.

Accessing Your Schedule

Click Schedule in the sidebar to open your scheduling preferences. You will see tabs for different scheduling controls.

Setting Your Availability

You can set your general availability by specifying:

  • Preferred days — Select which days of the week you are typically available for services.
  • Preferred times — Indicate morning, afternoon, or evening preferences.
  • Blocked dates — Mark specific dates when you are unavailable (vacations, holidays, etc.).

How Your Preferences Are Used

Your scheduling preferences are suggestions, not hard rules. When you book a service, the system takes your preferences into account to highlight your ideal time slots first. You can always select a different time during booking.

If your service provider offers recurring services, your preferences help them schedule repeat visits at times that suit you.

Updating Your Preferences

You can update your schedule at any time:

  1. Navigate to Schedule in the sidebar.
  2. Adjust your preferred days, times, or blocked dates.
  3. Changes save automatically.

Blocked Dates

Blocked dates prevent scheduling on specific days. This is useful for:

  • Planned vacations or travel
  • Holidays when you will not be home
  • Any period when your property is not accessible

Service providers will see these blocked dates and avoid scheduling during those windows.
