Your Referrals
The Referrals tab in the Affiliates section shows everyone who has signed up using your referral link or code.
Viewing Your Referrals
Navigate to Affiliates in the sidebar and select the Referrals tab. You will see a list of people you have referred, including:
- Name or email — The person who signed up through your link.
- Date referred — When they created their account.
- Status — Whether they have completed a booking (which triggers your commission).
Referral Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Signed up | The person created an account but has not booked yet. |
| Booked | They have made their first booking. |
| Completed | Their first service is completed — your commission is earned. |
How Referrals Are Tracked
When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking identifier is attached to their session. This connects their account to yours when they sign up. The tracking persists across browser sessions so there is no rush — if they come back later and sign up, you still get credit.
Tips for Getting More Referrals
- Share after a great service — The best time to refer is right after you have had a positive experience. Your enthusiasm is genuine and contagious.
- Share your link on social media — A quick post about your experience with a link can reach a wide audience.
- Tell your neighbors — If you are getting lawn care, cleaning, or other visible home services, your neighbors are a natural audience.
- Use your personalized link — Always use the link from your portal so referrals are properly tracked and credited.
