Review Your Services

After a service is completed, you have the opportunity to leave a review. Your feedback helps service providers improve and helps other customers make informed decisions.

When Can You Leave a Review?

A review prompt appears on your dashboard after a service has been marked as completed. You will also receive a notification (email or SMS, depending on your preferences) inviting you to share your experience.

How to Leave a Review

  1. Look for the Review Prompt card on your dashboard, or click the notification link.
  2. Select a star rating from 1 to 5 stars.
  3. Optionally write a comment describing your experience — what went well, what could improve.
  4. Click Submit Review.

Your review is submitted immediately and cannot be edited after submission.

What Your Review Covers

Your review applies to the specific service appointment — the date, the team that performed the work, and the quality of the result. It does not apply to your overall account or subscription.

Why Reviews Matter

  • For you — Your feedback is recorded and helps your service provider tailor future visits to your preferences.
  • For the provider — Reviews feed into quality metrics that help businesses track performance.
  • For the community — Honest reviews help other customers choose the right service provider.

Skipping a Review

If you prefer not to leave a review, you can dismiss the prompt. You will not be asked again for that specific service.
