Subscriptions

If your service provider offers recurring service plans, you can manage your subscriptions directly from the portal.

Viewing Your Subscriptions

Navigate to Billing in the sidebar and select the Subscriptions tab. Each subscription shows:

  • Plan name — The name of the recurring service plan.
  • Status — Active, paused, or cancelled.
  • Billing cycle — How often you are billed (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Next billing date — When your next payment will be charged.
  • Amount — The recurring charge per billing cycle.

Subscription Detail View

Click any subscription to see more information:

  • Plan details — What is included in the subscription.
  • Billing history — A list of past charges for this subscription.
  • Payment method — Which card is used for recurring charges.
  • Start date — When the subscription began.

Cancelling a Subscription

If you need to cancel a subscription:

  1. Open the subscription detail page.
  2. Click the Cancel Subscription button.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

Undoing a Cancellation

If you cancelled by mistake, you can undo the cancellation before the billing period ends:

  1. Open the cancelled subscription.
  2. Click Undo Cancellation.
  3. The subscription resumes as if nothing happened.

Once the billing period ends and the subscription is fully terminated, you would need to start a new subscription to resume service.
