Payments

The Payments tab in your Billing section shows a complete history of every payment made on your account.

Viewing Payment History

Navigate to Billing in the sidebar and select the Payments tab. You will see a table listing:

  • Date — When the payment was processed.
  • Amount — The payment amount.
  • Method — How the payment was made (e.g., Visa ending in 4242).
  • Status — Whether the payment succeeded, is pending, or failed.

Payment Detail View

Click any payment to see its full details:

  • Payment amount and date — The exact amount charged and when.
  • Payment method — Which card or payment method was used.
  • Associated invoice — A link to the invoice this payment was applied to.
  • Transaction reference — A unique identifier for your records.

Payment Statuses

StatusMeaning
SucceededThe payment was processed and confirmed.
PendingThe payment is being processed.
FailedThe payment did not go through. Check your payment method.
RefundedThe payment was returned to your payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, it is usually due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank decline. You can:

  1. Update your payment method in the Cards tab.
  2. Retry the payment from the associated invoice.

If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to support through the Tickets section.
