Team Members

The Members section lets you manage linked accounts — people who are connected to your account, such as family members, office managers, or other authorized users.

Accessing Members

Click Members in the sidebar to see your linked accounts. You will see two tabs: Members and Invite.

Viewing Members

The Members tab shows everyone linked to your account:

  • Name — The person's display name.
  • Email — Their email address.
  • Role — Their relationship to your account (e.g., primary, sub-account).
  • Status — Whether their account is active, pending invitation, or disabled.

Inviting a New Member

  1. Click the Invite tab.
  2. Enter the person's email address.
  3. Select their role — what level of access they should have.
  4. Click Send Invite.

The person will receive an email with a link to create their account and connect to yours.

What Linked Members Can Do

Depending on the role you assign, linked members may be able to:

  • View upcoming services and history
  • Book services on behalf of the account
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Communicate with the service provider

The exact permissions depend on the role configuration set by your service provider.

Removing a Member

To remove a linked member, click their name and select Remove. They will lose access to your account immediately but their own Otesse account remains intact.

Use Cases

  • Families — Add household members so everyone can see and manage upcoming services.
  • Businesses — Give office managers or assistants access to book and manage services for the company.
  • Property managers — Link property staff who need visibility into scheduled maintenance.
