Understanding Your Spending
The Billing Overview tab gives you a high-level summary of your financial activity — invoices, payments, and saved cards all in one view.
The Overview Tab
When you navigate to Billing, the first tab you see is the Overview. It combines key metrics from your invoices, payments, and payment methods into a single page.
What You Will See
Recent Invoices
A compact table of your latest invoices showing the invoice number, date, total amount, remaining balance, and status. Click any row to jump to the full invoice detail.
Recent Payments
A table showing your most recent payment transactions — the date, amount, method used, and status. This lets you quickly verify that a payment went through.
Saved Cards
A summary of your payment methods on file, showing the brand, last four digits, and expiration date.
Navigating to Details
The Overview is a starting point. For more detailed information:
- Click the Invoices tab for a complete invoice list with filtering.
- Click the Payments tab for your full payment history.
- Click the Subscriptions tab to manage recurring plans.
- Click the Cards tab to add or remove payment methods.
Tips for Managing Your Billing
- Check regularly — Log in periodically to review open invoices and catch any overdue items early.
- Keep your card current — Update your payment method before it expires to avoid failed charges.
- Review subscriptions — If your service needs change, adjust your subscriptions rather than letting unused plans continue to bill.
