Preferences
The Preferences tab on your Profile page lets you customize how the portal looks and behaves for you.
Accessing Preferences
Go to Profile in the sidebar and select the Preferences tab.
Available Settings
Timezone
Set your timezone so that all dates and times throughout the portal display correctly for your location. This affects:
- Appointment times shown on your calendar
- Invoice and payment timestamps
- Notification delivery times
Select your timezone from the dropdown list. The portal defaults to your browser's detected timezone.
Date Format
Choose how dates are displayed:
- MM/DD/YYYY — US format (03/28/2026)
- DD/MM/YYYY — International format (28/03/2026)
- YYYY-MM-DD — ISO format (2026-03-28)
Theme
Select your visual theme preference:
- Light — A clean, white background (default).
- Dark — A dark background that is easier on the eyes in low-light environments.
- System — Automatically matches your device's light/dark mode setting.
Saving Preferences
Changes save automatically when you make a selection. There is no separate save button for preferences.
Language
The portal currently supports English. Additional language support may be added in the future. If you need the portal in another language, let your service provider know.
