Your Profile

The Profile section lets you manage your personal information and how you appear within the portal.

Accessing Your Profile

Click Profile in the sidebar to open your profile page. You will see an overview tab with your current information.

What You Can Edit

Personal Information

  • First name and last name — Your legal name, used on invoices and communications.
  • Preferred name — An optional display name (nickname) used throughout the portal instead of your full name.
  • Email address — Your primary email for login and notifications. Changing your email requires re-verification.
  • Phone number — Used for SMS notifications and two-factor authentication.

Profile Photo

Upload a profile photo that appears next to your name in conversations and at the top of the sidebar.

Saving Changes

After editing any field, click Save to apply your changes. Some changes (like email address) may require additional verification steps.

What You Cannot Change

  • Account type — Your account type (individual customer, company account, etc.) is set by your service provider.
  • Account ID — Your unique account identifier is assigned automatically and cannot be changed.

Tips

  • Keep your contact information current so you receive important notifications about upcoming services and invoices.
  • Use a preferred name if you want a shorter or informal name displayed in the portal.
  • If you need to change the email address associated with your account, make sure you have access to the new email before initiating the change.
