Tier Benefits & Privileges
Each tier on the Pandora marketplace unlocks additional benefits and privileges. As you advance through the tiers, you earn more per job, see better opportunities earlier, and gain access to premium features. This page details what each tier provides.

Payout Rate
Your payout rate is the percentage of a job's Pandora value that you receive as payment. The Pandora value is the total payout pool set by the organization for that job.
Example: If a job has a Pandora value of $300 and your tier's payout rate is 85%, you earn $255 for completing that job.
Higher tiers earn a larger share of each job's value. The exact percentages are configured by the platform and displayed on your Tiers page. This is the most direct financial benefit of advancing through the tiers.
For multi-person jobs, the Pandora value is a total pool split among all workers who show up. Your individual payout is calculated as:
Your payout = (Pandora value / number of workers present) x your tier payout rate
Job Lead Time
Lead time determines how far in advance you can see upcoming jobs. Higher-tier workers see jobs earlier, giving them first pick of the best opportunities.
| Tier | Minimum Lead Time | What This Means |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 72 hours | You can only see jobs scheduled 3 or more days in the future |
| Tier 2 | 48 hours | You see jobs 2 or more days ahead |
| Tier 3 | 24 hours | You see jobs 1 or more days ahead |
| Tier 4 | 4 hours | You see same-day jobs |
| Tier 5 | 0 hours | You see everything, including last-minute and immediate jobs |
This creates a natural priority system. When a job is posted for next week, Tier 5 workers see it immediately. Tier 1 workers see it only when it is 3 days away — by which time the best jobs may already be claimed.
Job Value Cap
Lower-tier workers have a maximum job value they can see and claim. This protects both the worker and the organization by ensuring that high-value jobs go to experienced, proven workers.
| Tier | Maximum Job Value |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $300 |
| Tier 2 | $500 |
| Tier 3 | $1,000 |
| Tier 4 | $2,500 |
| Tier 5 | No cap |
Example: A $650 job is visible to workers at Tier 3 and above, but not to Tier 1 or Tier 2 workers.
Last-Minute & Same-Day Jobs
Jobs that start within 4 hours are classified as last-minute. Only Tier 4 (Expert) and Tier 5 (Elite) workers can see these. This is because last-minute jobs require a high degree of reliability — the organization needs confidence that the worker will actually show up on very short notice.
